New 2016 Schedule


With the new year, comes a new class schedule at The Firehouse! As of January, our weekly class offerings are as follows:

6:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Vinyasa w/ Nicole
7:15 – 8:15 p.m. – Yin w/ Nicole

5:30 – 6:30 p.m. – Gentle Yoga w/ Molly
6:45 – 8:00 p.m. – Bhakti Yin w/ Molly

7:00 – 8:00 p.m. – Beginner’s Yoga w/ Nicole (Rotating Theme)*
*Nicole’s Wednesday evening class will have a different theme each month, to explore different styles, techniques, and levels. January’s focus will be learning the fundamentals to building a regular yoga practice. Perfect for beginners, as well as more experienced practitioners looking for a slower, gentler class.

9:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Hatha w/ Bethany
