Join us for an introspective 2 hour yoga workshop with Bethany. Learn about the natural sleep cycles of the body and what we inadvertently do to disrupt them. Experience yoga poses that create relaxation and support healthy sleep. Create habits that leave you rested and relaxed, whether you currently experience sleep disturbance or not. Zzzzzzz……..
