Join us for this 120 minute workshop of relaxation and feeling deeply supported. Get to know other yogis in our community interested in this quiet practice. Learn about the science behind restorative yoga and how you can help your nervous system by laying on blankets and bolsters. Feel the pose more fully as you learn about the intention of each pose. Learn how to translate the relaxation of the body into the mind and quiet worry. If you would like to recreate this sweet experience at home, you will leave with the information you need. Due to the prop heavy nature of restorative yoga, class size is very limited and preregistration is required. Registration closes 1 week before the workshop date.

Dress comfortably and bring your own mat and eye bag, along with cozy socks and a clean hand towel. Have a pen and paper to take notes if desired. Sign up here.
