New Year’s Eve Slow Flow & Meditation
Spend some time on your mat before heading
off to ring in the new year.
Nicole will lead a 45-minute slow flow practice followed by 15 minutes of community meditation. Practice any quiet meditation technique you wish, either seated or lying down, propped up on bolsters, journaling, etc. Breathe, move, and set your intentions for 2020.
