Down Dog for City Dogs in April

Down Dog for City Dogs in April

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have suspended in person, group classes until further notice. This was a difficult decision, but we felt it was the best way to protect the health and safety of our students, staff, and the community at large.

In the meantime, we’ll be offering a handful of our classes online, including this month’s Down Dog for City Dogs event!

Nicole will lead this month’s class via live video feed, and all proceeds will still go to support City Dogs Cleveland. Class will be all-levels friendly, and the video broadcast will be provided by Zoom. Simply log on to the studio website and register as you normally would for our in person classes. Once registered, all you have to do is log back on to our website Sunday morning, locate the class on the Class Schedule tab, and click the View Broadcast link. (You must be logged in to see the link.)

If you plan on joining us via phone or tablet, Zoom will ask you to download their app. If you join via PC or laptop, you will be asked for a name and email address to be transferred to the class feed, but you will not need to set up a separate Zoom account or create a password.

The planned playlist theme is Rock Hall, in honor of the induction ceremony that would have taken place in Cleveland this month. Nicole has created a playlist featuring this year’s class and some favorite past inductees. Playlist is available on both Spotify and Apple Music, in case anyone wants to listen along at home. OR, you may choose to play your favorite Rock Hall inductee at home, either past or 2020 class. (Student mics will be muted once class begins, so individual music will not interfere with the class broadcast.)

We hope you can join us!

Sunday, April 26th @ 10:00 a.m.
Online Donation – Since donations cannot be made in person this month, class registration is set up with a $10 per student donation fee. All proceeds go to City Dogs Cleveland.
