Chair Yoga Begins This Week!

Join Angela Sanders for this gentle and accessible practice that’s suitable for all bodies. Postures can be practiced while seated in a chair and/or while standing, using the chair for support. This is a wonderful class for people with limited mobility, folks who may be new to yoga or would like to incorporate yoga into their workday, or ANYONE looking for a gentle practice.
In person or online. Pre-registration is required. In person space is limited, and masks must be worn in the building. Chairs provided. Please bring your own yoga mat if desired.
