Find Your Flow – A Vinyasa Workshop Series with Stephanie Poutz



Join us for this 6-week Vinyasa workshop!

Celebrate and strengthen your body, mind, breath, and community connection this spring with our Find Your Flow workshop series. Over the course of six weeks, you will explore 50+ asanas to grow the foundation of your yoga practice. Each week will build upon the prior, emphasizing a different category of poses. All are welcome! This series is built for beginners or any yogi looking to strengthen the foundation of their Vinyasa practice. 

April 18th through May 23rd.
Every Sunday at 8:30 a.m. (60 minute classes)
$15 drop-in for individual classes

Week One: Presencing & Sun Salutations
Week Two: Warrior & Surrender to Gravity 
Week Three: Balancing & Hip Openers
Week Four: Triangles & Forward Bends
Week Five: Backbends & Abs
Week Six: Variations & Inversions

This series is being offered both in the studio and online. In person space is limited, and pre-registration is required for either option. Masks are required in the studio. What you’ll need: Yoga mat, water, and towel.
