COVID-19 Update
With COVID-19 cases on the rise and hospitals once again filling up, we’ve decided to update our studio safety procedures. Effective immediately:
MASKS
All students and staff are required to wear masks when entering/exiting the studio, checking in, setting up mat and props, etc. We encourage everyone to wear masks during practice if they are able. However, masks may be removed when on the mat.
CLASS CAPACITY
We are limiting studio classes to 8 students. Pre-registration is still required at least one hour before class begins.
PROPS
Studio mats and props are still available to borrow, and continue to be cleaned after each use. However, we are encouraging students to bring their own props whenever possible. There are brand new blocks, blankets, and straps available for purchase in the studio, and we’re happy assist with affordable bolster and DIY prop ideas.
JOIN US ONLINE IF YOU ARE ABLE
If you are able to join us from home, please consider attending online classes via Zoom for the next several weeks. This helps reserve studio space for folks who have no other option.
And, as always…
IF YOU’RE NOT FEELING WELL, STAY HOME
If you’re experiencing COVID symptoms, know you have been exposed, or are otherwise feeling unwell, we ask that you not come to the studio. If you’ve already paid for class but are feeling sick, please reach out and let us know ASAP. We are happy to credit you for a future class or offer a refund.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate through the pandemic. Every little thing that we can do to keep each other healthy and safe makes a big difference.
