Monday Morning Basics with Nicole

Beginning in February

We’re adding another Basics class to the schedule!

Starting on February 7th, Nicole will lead Basics on Mondays @ 9:30 a.m.

This class is great for those looking to begin their yoga practice, as well as those looking to deepen an existing practice. Postures will be practiced in combination with breath work and meditation, with the goal of nurturing a mind/body connection and encouraging strength, balance, and flexibility. Nicole will focus on safe, functional movement, and lots of pose variations and props will be offered for exploration. Various styles of yoga will be introduced, and multiple asana (pose) types will be included: standing and seated postures, forward folds, back bends, balance postures, twists, inversions, and restorative postures.
