Fall Class Schedule


*REMINDER – THE STUDIO WILL BE CLOSED MONDAY, AUGUST 29TH THROUGH MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH (LABOR DAY)*

Classes resume Tuesday, September 6th with a few adjustments to the schedule:

  • Weekday mornings will begin at 10:00 a.m.
  • Chair Yoga is shifting to Thursday mornings and will be offered online only
  • A few shifts in teacher & class style time slots

7:30 p.m. – All-Levels Flow with Ana (Studio & Online)

10:00 a.m. – Slow Flow with Nicole (Studio & Online)
6:00 p.m. – La Mer Yoga with Amanda (Studio & Online)
7:30 p.m. – Restorative Yoga with Angela (Studio Only)

Wednesday
10:00 a.m. – Slow Flow with Nicole (Studio & Online)
6:00 p.m. – Hatha/Vinyasa with Leo (Studio & Online)
7:30 p.m. – Wednesday Wind Down (Studio Only)

Thursday
10:00 a.m. – Hatha with Katie (Studio Only)
10:00 a.m. – Chair Yoga with Nicole (Online Only)
6:00 p.m. – Basics with Amanda (Studio & Online)
7:30 p.m. – Forest Moon Yoga with Amanda (Studio & Online)

Friday
6:00 p.m. – Slow Flow with Caitlin (Studio Only)
7:15 p.m. – Downward Facing Doom with Katie (Studio Only)
