Schedule changes & additions in September
SOME CHANGES TO BE AWARE OF AS WE HEAD INTO FALL…

Downward Facing Doom is switching to a once-a-month event. Join Katie Clair on Friday, September 8th for her signature 75-minute slow flow practice set to an ethereal mix of metal, doom, drone, and ambient music. After September, class will take place on the first Friday evening of the month (unless otherwise noted).

NEW SATURDAY MORNING CLASS WITH NICOLE
Beginning September, 16th, Nicole will offer Yinyasa at 10:00 a.m. Class will begin with some very gentle flow then transition to a deep-stretching Yin practice, incorporating some basic myofascial release techniques. Definitely more Yin than Vinyasa, this practice is perfect for runners, folks looking for a post workout cool-down, or anyone who loves a good stretch.
ALL-LEVELS FLOW TIME CHANGE…
To better accommodate two Saturday morning classes, Ana Marie’s All-Levels Flow class will now start at 8:30 a.m., beginning in September. Why not sign up for both?! Enjoy her dynamic and challenging flow, followed by the chance to slow down and stretch with Nicole.
