New Classes & Shifts in the Schedule

You may have already noticed some changes to the Firehouse Yoga schedule over the past couple weeks. A few more are coming in April, and we want to fill you in on all the details:

Sivananda is now 90 minutes
Friday’s Sivanada practice with Jessica Pizzuli has already expanded from 60 to 90 minutes. Class runs from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m., allowing time to explore the full Sivananda sequence.

Saturday morning time shift
Powerful Flow with Ana Marie has moved from an 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. start time on Saturdays, and Yinyasa with Nicole has shifted to 10:30 a.m.

Restorative Yoga and Yin & Meditation are trading places
Beginning the first week in April, Yin & Meditation is moving to Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. and will be led by Amanda. Restorative Yoga with Angela will move to Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

New teacher for Thursday morning Yinyasa
In addition to welcoming Nicole Martin to the firehouse to lead our upcoming youth-focused programing, she’ll also be taking over Nicole McLaughlin’s Yinyasa class on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Her first class will be on April 4th.

New teacher and early AM class
We’re also excited to welcome Brooke Lahnan to the studio, who will be leading a new morning class on Wednesday. Beginning April 3rd, Brooke will offer Morning Meditation & Flow at 7:30 a.m.

We hope you’ll drop in to meet our new teachers, and perhaps one or more of the schedule changes will allow you to try a class you hadn’t been able to attend before. Visit our full schedule here to register.
