Becky Hopp Returns to The Firehouse

Join her for a soothing 60-minute sound bath

We’re so excited to have Becky Hopp joining us again to share her gift of sound healing.

On Thursday, October 24th, she will be in the studio offering a 60-minute sound bath with her Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. Come as you are, get comfortable, and let the sound vibrations wash over you. She will offer a meditation prompt, which you are free to follow, or you can simply breathe and let your mind wander.

Sound healing can help relieve stress, anxiety, and insomnia, can be used to assist pain management, or can simply be a relaxing experience.
