Connect and have fun at this joyful, lighthearted yoga event! Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop is all about connecting and building trust, while improving your own strength and flexibility.
Explore movement in a whole new way as you and a partner support and balance each other in creative, two-person asanas. Expect to laugh, learn, and feel a deep sense of connection as you work together to move through sequences designed to enhance communication, cooperation, and mindfulness.
Open to pairings of any kind, including couples, family, friends, or colleagues. Simply bring a partner, an open heart, and a spirit of adventure.
