I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. To bring together the body, mind, and breath is an invaluable practice that meets different needs for all of us. For me, yogic movement practice has been an instrumental mental health tool, and created a loving awareness of my own mind and body. My classes are vinyasa based, and focus heavily on connecting to our intuition, and self acceptance. Access to beneficial practice is a right, and I strive to create a supportive environment to honor and serve ALL bodies.
